Two scoops of brand strategy

I grew up in a small town with a soft serve ice cream stand. Open just a handful of months a year, that place was and continues to be Summer on a sugar cone. A couple years ago the business was put up for sale, and it got me thinking about how I might approach a revamped hometown favorite and bring back some design cues from the road-side soft serve era of the mid 20th century.
